Today, I want to address a question I get on a day-to-day basis: Where is the Nevada County market heading? Let's take a look at the numbers:
There are about 665 homes on the market, 195 of which are in escrow.
We only have about a 3-month supply of homes.
We're on track to sell 100 more homes this year than we did in 2014.
There's been a 45% increase in the number of homes sold over $500K
Home values have appreciated by 10% since this time last year. What do these stats mean for you? Well, it means our market is still quite active, even though fall is in full swing. Prices are up and inventory is low, making now a fantastic time to sell if you want to get top dollar and sell fast.
